Supported by Promperu (Commission for the Promotion of Peru for Export and Tourism) and part of the Universo MOLA program, the Amarena brand will present its exclusive collection of accessories and women’s clothing made from original materials at the Tranoï Paris show for the second consecutive season.
From February 29 to March 3 at the Palais Brongniart (II District), in the former stock exchange of the French capital, Peru has the opportunity to capture international attention through a unique, ethical and ancestral fashion. This sustainable spirit firm brings together the ancient traditional techniques of Peruvian artisans with a special design and creates timeless and durable pieces.
According to Mapi Casafranca, founder of Amarena, one of her goals is to create a business model based on fair trade and sustainable production, focused on all the people who are part of the value chain. Her manifesto has been to preserve ancestral practices and prioritize the fair value of each garment.
Furthermore, it aims to support the developing economy of local areas and promote women’s empowerment.
With more than 30 Peruvian artisans creating unique and modern pieces that transcend the passage of time, the 2024 collection aims to capture exciting moments through unique pieces inspired by a sophisticated and fun world.
