On August 29, Universo MOLA held a webinar that brought together professionals seeking to promote their projects and expand their contact networks. The event, focused on sustainable entrepreneurship and effective networking, was attended by two prominent speakers who shared valuable strategies.
Sebastián Rodríguez: "why you should be sustainable if you start a new entrepreneurship? The importance of sales and networking".
Sebastián, manager of Emprediem, opened the webinar with an inspiring reflection on the importance of sustainability in today's business world. Through personal anecdotes, he illustrated how his vision of creating companies with purpose has been influenced by his family and mentors. He emphasized the need to align business objectives with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, adopting a triple impact model that generates economic, social and environmental benefits. In addition, he highlighted the strategic role of sales and networking to boost growth and amplify the positive scope of any entrepreneurship.
Luz Luján: "Effective and ethical networking."
Luz, an expert communicator, demystified networking and offered a practical guide to build lasting relationships. She shared essential keys to make the most of every interaction, both at in-person events and in the digital world. Emphasized the importance of authenticity, active listening and reciprocity in networking, providing participants with useful tools to expand their network of contacts in a meaningful way.
During her presentation, she stated: "preparing is always key, it is good to be prepared professionally but also personally."
The webinar left participants inspired and ready to take their projects to the next level. The final networking session, with professionals from Mexico, Spain, Uruguay, Argentina and Chile, was the perfect setting to share that energy, generating new ideas and opportunities.
