El Salvador hosted the third edition of the "Festival de Arte y Diseño (Art and Design Festival),", an event from November 8 to 10 that brought together designers, artists and entrepreneurs from all over Latin America in the Former Presidential House. Organized by CONAMYPE, the event offered a wide range of activities that drived creativity and innovation in the industry.
The event provided a platform for new fashion proposals, with catwalks where emerging designers and brands such as Wear lla, Brandon Valencia and Claudia Rodas participated.
The talks were one of the stronger points of the day, including "the art and design business," "brand image, digital marketing and social networks" and "sustainable fashion." Valentina Suárezdirector of Universo MOLA, actively participated in the latter, along with Melissa Melara and Leyla Murillo of Simple Twist, and Krisma Mancia from Krismatica, sharing their perspectives on the present and future of fashion with environmental awareness.
In addition to fashion, the experience was completed with interactive painting and photography workshops, live music with the San Salvador Orchestra and the Bing Band, gastronomic proposals and children's activities such as "Pintura sobre bolitas (Painting on mini Balls)" with Susana Díaz and "Creando mi billetera (Creating my wallet) with Mikistly Cuetax.
With this edition, "Art and Design Festival" is consolidated as a key event to drive design and fashion in Latin America, promoting the exchange and visibility of regional talent.
