From the heart of London Fasion Week emerges a unique proposal, marked by the creative vision of Genaro Rivas, Peruvian designer and prominent member of the MOLA Hub, who captivates with his first men's collection, "AERION".This presentation not only represents a milestone for Rivas, but also for Peru, which is consolidating its position on the international fashion scene with its second consecutive appearance at this prestigious event.

The presentation of the collection is scheduled for next Saturday, June 8th in London, marking the second consecutive participation of a Peruvian designer in this global platform. In addition to celebrating the country's identity by using ethically sourced materials, such as alpaca wool and bamboo fibers with Incalpaca silk, the collection includes hand-loomed garments in a firm commitment to sustainable fashion. Earthy tones and touches of vibrant colors make for a timeless and modern palette, while organic shapes and sustainable fabrics reinforce the commitment to responsible fashion.

However, beyond style, the designer highlights the transformative potential of fashion, as it shown in his “East Fusion” project. Led by him during his studies at the prestigious London College of Fashion, this project was supported by the Foundation for Future London and the Westfield Creative Future Funds, demonstrating Rivas's entrepreneurial vision and commitment to innovation in the fashion industry.

In his exploration of free, relaxed silhouettes, Rivas has integrated a variety of carefully selected textures and materials, from Saki Textiles' Japanese silk to Fabric Textile Central's Turkish brocades and links, as well as recycled cotton and digitally printed linens from Maake. In addition, he has created unique garments with thermoformed acrylic, handmade with a zero-waste vision.

The parade will feature a team of talented professionals, from stylist Richard Phillipart to musician Nicolás Prado from Peru's Prado project, who will collaborate to provide a unique experience that combines culture and talent.

On this occasion, the designer's proposal invites us to explore new frontiers in men's fashion, reminding us of the transformative power of creativity and innovation. His outstanding participation in London Fashion Week marks a milestone not only for Peruvian fashion but also for all Latin America.

By being part of the MOLA Hub,Rivas represents the collaborative spirit and search for excellence that drives this community of Latin American designers. His presence on the London Fashion Week runway is a source of pride for the region and a significant step towards greater visibility and recognition in the global fashion industry, highlighting the talent and commitment of Latin American designers to sustainable fashion and creative innovation.
