These searches, in turn, imply the consumption of themed clothing that may be <\/span><b>for single use only<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over Colombian social media, the last two weekends were <\/span><b>filled with content and information<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> about Shakira's concerts in different cities, Barranquilla and Bogot\u00e1, as well as the cancellation of two of them, one in Medell\u00edn and the other in Chile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Among this content, there were clothing and beauty brands that made <\/span><b>launches for this particular event<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moreover, there were videos with outfit ideas or people preparing for the event with <\/span><b>sparkling clothing, cropped tops, and the skirt or sarong for belly dance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which became <\/span><b>a signature <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accessory in several examples.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Similarly, the same occurred with fashion and beauty elements for musical events during 2024. The concerts\u2019 trend was led by <\/span><b>Karol G <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with more than<\/span><b> 463,000 searches in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Mexico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, according to Mercado Libre's \"<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1puJw4LR55BlAdtNA4R3VxoXsDXFLcafj\/view\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fashion &amp; Beauty 2024 report<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\".<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The same report mentions: \"During the week of the concerts in each country, the most searched items included <\/span><b>pink clothing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and<\/span><b> wigs, glitter makeup, and bold prints, as well as cowboy boots, cowboy hats, tutu-style pleated skirts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>t-shirts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and nail polishes.\"<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The search and use of items like tutu skirts, cowboy hats, or belly dance sarongs for such specific events reflects <\/span><b>accelerated and disposable consumption patterns<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Because the chosen clothing belongs to very specific styles and events, the likelihood of <\/span><b>reusing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> any of those items in the future is <\/span><b>minimal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this sense, it is necessary for attendees of these events to <\/span><b>try to wear clothes they already have in their wardrobe<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or choose high-quality items they truly feel comfortable with and that fit their style.
