There, we could see how sustainable fashion is used both in the showcases and outside them, thanks to the brands, the attendees, and the outfits they wore. Some of the trends that stood out were upcycling, the layering , and natural fabrics.

Upcycling

Some of the most striking outfits at the event featured garments transformed into bold, revitalized pieces. For example, the looks of Jorge Preciado and Laura Agudelo (@lapesadademoda) dazzled thanks to their intervened jackets.

Preciado used three jackets customized with phrases on the back — one reading, ‘I know that the ones who love us will miss us.’, ‘It's hard but it's harder to ignore it’, and ‘wish you were here’.
